• Orders placed before 12 PM will be available for pickup at our branches on the next working day.
• In-stock products are eligible for next-day pickup.
• Pre-order items will be ready for pickup within 5 working days.
• Once your order is ready, you will be notified via email or WhatsApp.

Delivery Services

• Ready stock items will be shipped out within 24 hours.
• Pre-order items will be shipped out within 5 working days.
• Delivery is available only within West Malaysia, specifically the northern region.
