Return/ Exchange Policy
What is the return policy?
At Best Point, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Most orders are eligible for return if they meet one of the following conditions:
- Incorrect item: You received an item that does not match your order. This includes wrong models, colors, or missing parts. The item must be shipped back to us within 48 hours upon receivable, as verified by the postal or courier receipt.
- Damaged item: The item is damaged upon delivery. The item must be shipped back to us within 48 hours upon receipt, as verified by the postal or courier receipt.
- Defective item: The product is not functioning as described by the manufacturer. The item must be shipped back to us within 7 calendar days upon receipt, as verified by the postal or courier receipt.
Please note: Certain items, such as refrigerators and washing machines, are not eligible for return or refund due to specific product conditions. For these items, warranty claims will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms.
Return requirements
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Return timeframe: The item must be shipped back to us within the specified timeframe depending on the issue (48 hours for incorrect or damaged items, 7 days for defective items), as verified by the postal or courier receipt.
- Condition of the item: The product must be in new, unused, selling condition and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included (manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, and any free gifts received). The packaging must be unmarked and undamaged.
- Uninstalled products: The item must not have been installed or used.
- Sealed items: Any securely sealed items, especially electronic products, must remain unopened unless verified by our service center as defective at the time of unsealing.
Exchange policy
We do not offer refunds. Instead, we provide exchanges for items of equal or higher value. If you choose an item of higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.
Returns after 7 days
We do not accept returns submitted after the 7-day return period. However, if you have purchased a Replacement Warranty, you may bring the item to any Best Point outlet for verification and warranty processing.
