Eligible E-Waste Categories

The following items are accepted under our E-Waste In-Store Drop-Off Program:

• Refrigerator / Fridge

• Washing Machine

• Dryer

• Air Conditioner

• Television (TV)

• Small Electrical Appliances

Reward Voucher

Customers who recycle eligible e-waste items at any Best Point outlet may receive the following Best Point Voucher rewards:

Customers who purchase a new appliance from Best Point may enjoy additional promotional benefits, subject to ongoing campaign terms and conditions.

In-Store Drop-Off Service

Customers may bring eligible e-waste items directly to any participating Best Point outlet for recycling and disposal.

Disposal Charges (Without Purchase of a New Item)

• Disposal Charge: RM19 per item

• Customers may still be eligible for voucher rewards based on the applicable reward structure.

• All items are subject to inspection and acceptance by Best Point personnel.

Disposal Charges (With Purchase of a New Item)

• FREE disposal service for eligible e-waste items when purchasing a new appliance from Best Point.

• Voucher rewards will be provided according to the applicable reward structure.

Dismantling Charges

Certain appliances require dismantling before they can be transported or recycled.

• Air Conditioners are subject to dismantling charges.

• Dismantling charges apply regardless of whether the customer purchases a new appliance from Best Point.

• Additional charges may apply for installations requiring special equipment, elevated access, or additional manpower.

Small Electrical Appliances

The following small electrical appliances are eligible under the E-Waste Program and qualify for a RM10 Best Point Voucher:

• Rice Cookers

• Electric Kettles

• Fans

• Irons

• Blenders

• Vacuum Cleaners

• Other similar household electrical appliances

Customers may bring these items to any participating Best Point outlet for responsible recycling and disposal.

Program Terms & Conditions

• Voucher rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Voucher redemption is subject to Best Point Voucher Terms & Conditions.

• One voucher reward is applicable per accepted item category unless otherwise stated.

• Best Point reserves the right to inspect and reject items that do not meet program requirements.

• Best Point reserves the right to amend the program, rewards, charges, and terms without prior notice.
