Category for E-Waste Program (TV, Refrigerator, Air Conditioner, Washer, Dryer, Blender, Kettle, Microwave, Iron & Hair Dryer).

Any conditions are acceptable to trade in under E-Waste Program (e.g. included physical damaged, liquid damaged, lightning damaged.

Customer’s details and the item information will be recorded in our system.

An e-vouccher (valid for 7 days) will be emailed to you.

Vourchers are not transferable and not redeemable for cash.

Only legally acquired devices are accepted.

Items must be completely eligible.

Customers can use the voucher during current or next purchase within the validity period.

Customers enjoy a complimentary E-Waste Home Service if purchase an item from any Best Point Electrical Chain Store.

Best Point Electrical Chain Store Sdn Bhd reserved all the right to change policies without prior notice.

No purchase necessary with terms and conditions:

Customers with purchases will not be charged for disposal collection.

If customer wish to dispose without any purchase, will incurred a transport charges.

The transport charges will base on the distance.

If customer send into outlet without any purchase will RM19 for the disposal charges.

Item which require dismantle services such as Air Cond will have dismantle charges no matter with or without purchases from customer.
